Our incoming Chair, Mercedes Badia-Tavas, was interviewed on Univision on Tuesday evening regarding the difference between notarios and attorneys.  The presentation was a joint effort of Univision and the ABA’s Commission on Hispanic Legal Rights and Responsibilities, and is part of the ABA’s ongoing Know Your Rights/Conozca Sus Derechos series.
